Ready Mix Concrete
Ready mix concrete refers to concrete that is specifically produced for delivery to the client's construction site in a freshly mixed ready to use state. Concrete itself is a mixture of cement, water and aggregates comprising sand and gravel or crushed stone.
Our flexible transportation structure allows us to meet varying small to large order quantities.
Our offering also includes mobile plants for clients with high volume orders, to ensure that we deliver in the most efficient and effective way.
Our ready-mixed concrete is manufactured under computer-controlled operations and transported and delivered on site using sophisticated equipment and methods.
Ready-mix concrete is sometimes preferred over on-site concrete mixing because of the precision of the mixture and reduced worksite perplexity.
Concrete Pump
Allied Materials have a fleet of state-of-the-art pump trucks which are used for small to large projects. We use the best brands to optimal productivity for our company. Reach of the pump fulfill the customer need measure in meter with the ability to extend this through pipe connections.
Allied Materials are well versed in high rise building pumping and have designed special mixes in order to resolve quality issues around high rise pumping. We also have a special Spreader that is used on high rise buildings which enables the user to easily supply concrete through a static pump up to the selected floor and then have mobility in where the concrete needs to be placed.
Product Design and Testing
Our mix design data is available on request for pre-approval of our concrete by project engineers. Designs can be adjusted on request, but sufficient lead time for testing must be allowed.
Quick-Mix can also make available test cube results of random routine tests done on all grades of concrete supplied for the day, or for a past period. This information is provided free of charge.
Specific tests and results can also be undertaken for specific projects, provided that the customer has requested this in advance. Such tests are not free of charge.
